Travel advisors craft tailor-made itineraries based on your interests, which saves you time and confusion. We do the research for you and narrow down your options.
Traditional travel agents just book what is asked; travel advisors provide advice, options, and recommendations that work for you. Travel advisors meet with travel suppliers every week and have personal relationships they can leverage to get you the best experiences possible. Frequently, your travel advisor will have visited the location or hotel and provide first-hand knowledge.

Step 1 – Initial consultation/discovery
Your travel advisor will schedule an initial call or ask questions via e-mail so that you get to know each other. Your advisor wants to understand your ideal vacation. The discovery stage generally takes about 15 to 30 minutes. By the end of the call, you and your advisor will have a good understanding of how to work together. Below are some example questions your advisor will ask you:
- Where would you like to visit?
- When and how long would you like to stay?
- Who is traveling? What is the relationship of fellow travelers and everyone’s age?
- Preferred types of travel (adventure/active, relaxation, spa, biking, cruises, theme parks, cities, countryside, a mixture, etc.)?
- Any specific interests (art, architecture, photography, wildlife, culinary, history, etc.)?
- What type of hotels to you prefer?
- How much do you want planned in advance? Do you prefer private or small group tours?
- To what destinations have you previously traveled? What did you enjoy about them?
- Do you have any physical or dietary restrictions?
- Do you have a budget?
Step 2 – Designing your vacation
Based on your answers to the initial questions, your travel advisor will work with the top travel suppliers to put together an itinerary that is tailored to your interests and budget. Then your advisor will present the itinerary to you for review. The itinerary is always completely customizable so that you can add or remove whatever you like.
Step 3 – Reserving your vacation
Once you are happy with your itinerary, the reservation process begins. We will proceed to reserve all of your hotels, transfers, and activities. You don’t need to worry about the details as we will take care of all the specifics. You can relax and start getting excited about your upcoming vacation. Additionally, your advisor can provide restaurant recommendations.
Step 4 – Your vacation
Before you depart on your vacation you will be provided a mobile itinerary so that all the information about your vacation is at your fingertips. While you are on your vacation, your advisor continues to work in the background with his/her colleagues on your behalf to ensure that your vacation is going smoothly. If any bumps occur, your travel advisor is ready to assist.
Step 5 – Returning Home
